Thai Patty & Thai Pork Patties

Ingredients
500g ground pork |

30g minced carrots |

2 cloves of garlic minced |

1 bulb (small) of minced shallots |

½ tspn of white pepper |

1 tspn of lemon grass power |

2 tbspn of chickpeas |

2 eggs |
---|
Minced coriander, minced spring onion |

Cooking oil |

Method
1 | Place the ground pork on a mixing bowl |

2 | Mix all the ingredients together in a separate bowl after which pour it on the ground pork |

3 | Mix the sauce and the ground pork thoroughly to make sure the sauce mixture spreads evenly |
---|
4 | Once the sauce and pork mix evenly break the two eggs on it and thoroughly |
---|
5 | Shape them into patties and fry |
